for using the online platform “WORK IN AUSTRIA Talent Hub”
(www.workinaustria.com)

The WORK in AUSTRIA Talent Hub is a free platform of the Austrian Business Agency (ABA) and is aimed at companies with a registered office in Austria as well as international skilled workers, international students at Austrian universities and Austrian expats living abroad who are looking for work and want to work in Austria. People outside of these target groups are encouraged to use the services available to them on other platforms.
Recruiters who use the Talent Hub for their activities must provide job placement services free of charge for job seekers in accordance with § 5 of the Austrian Labor Market Promotion Act (AMFG).
The protection of your data is very important to the operators of the Talent Hub. Therefore, the name of applicants is not displayed in their profile. An uploaded CV is also not displayed automatically, but only after individual submission by the applicant.
As an applicant, it is up to you whether you want to upload a photo of yourself. If you upload your photo and give your consent for publication, the photo will be visible to registered and logged-in companies when they access your profile.
The basis for connecting companies with suitable job applicants is meaningful and truthful information. Inaccurate information is very likely to become apparent during the application process or after the start of the employment relationship and lead to frustration on both sides. As an applicant describe your CV and your skills truthfully. Use the available fields and provide as much information as possible to enable precise matching.
Respect the time and work intensity of others and give your counterpart sufficient time to respond.
As a company, take into account that less restrictive requirements, e.g. for language skills, can lead to a significantly larger pool of applicants.
Do not register with someone else's name or e-mail address and express criticism constructively. Also present your best side online.
Comments and descriptions that have been generated automatically/machine-generated (especially bots) or are obviously part of a campaign (shitstorms) will be removed without exception.
The operators of the Talent Hub reserve the right to press charges if a criminal offense has been committed. This includes slurs, threats, insults, provocations and obscenities.
