Your role in the project:

• Active sourcing (databases, networks, LinkedIn, communities)
• First screening (basic fit, motivation, availability, language level)
• Shortlisting & presentation (CV + short summary)
• Candidate communication
• Willingness to organize German language courses for candidates
• Recruit candidates in Ukraine and neighboring countries for jobs in Austria

• ISG shares role briefs, must-have criteria, and target profiles
• You source and submit shortlisted candidates (CV + key details)
• ISG manages client-side steps
• We align regularly to keep priorities and pipeline clear

Ideal partner profile:

• Recruiting experience in technical / skilled trades / industrial roles
• Solid candidate networks in Ukraine + proactive outreach mindset
• Reliable communication and quick turnaround
• Fluent English & German
• Rail sector experience is welcome, not required
