Your role in the project:

• Active sourcing (databases, networks, LinkedIn, communities)
• Initial screening (basic fit, motivation, availability, language skills)
• Shortlisting & presentation (CV + brief summary)
• Candidate communication
• Willingness to organize German language courses for candidates
• Recruit candidates in Ukraine and neighboring countries for jobs in Austria

How we work:

• ISG provides role briefs, must-have criteria, and target profiles
• You source and submit shortlisted candidates (CV + key details)
• ISG handles client-side processes
• We coordinate regularly to keep priorities and the pipeline clear

Ideal partner profile:

• Recruiting experience in technical / skilled trades / industrial roles
• Strong candidate networks in Ukraine + proactive outreach approach
• Reliable communication and quick response times
• Fluent in English & German
• Experience in the rail sector is a plus, but not mandatory
