Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in HR administration, time management or in the field of payroll accounting
• Payroll accounting course and knowledge of BMD an advantage
• Interest in deepening your knowledge in payroll accounting in the future
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Knowledge of labour and social law an advantage
• Number-oriented personality with a structured and precise way of working
• Discretion, reliability and a high degree of independence
• Down-to-earth team player with a hands-on mentality

Your tasks:

• Preparatory activities for payroll accounting and management of ongoing time management
• Administration of absences and travel expenses as well as processing ongoing HR administrative matters
• Process handling for temporary workers – from reported staffing needs to hiring
• Support and ensuring the onboarding of temporary employees
• Maintenance of employee master data and applicant data
• Contact person for employees on HR administrative questions
• Support in apprenticeship management and the associated selection process
• Preparation of evaluations for HR controlling and internal reporting
• Support in the documentation and ensuring of HR processes as well as in selected HR projects
