Yes, the Talent Hub is completely free for companies. You can create a company profile, post job vacancies and connect with international skilled workers.

You can browse the Talent Hub without signing in. Full use, though – posting vacancies, viewing complete profiles or contacting candidates directly – does require registration. 

The Talent Hub is for companies based in Austria that want to employ international skilled workers.

In principle, you can post all vacancies for skilled workers in your company. The focus is above all on fields like IT, engineering and life sciences. 

Yes – companies can post traineeships and internships on the Talent Hub and reach out directly to international students. That includes both international students at higher education institutions in Austria and students in selected WORK in AUSTRIA focus countries. That gives companies early access to potential skilled workers and lets them get to know international talent while they are still studying.

In the Talent Hub you will find:

• international skilled workers trained abroad 
• international students and graduates of Austrian higher education institutions 
• Austrians abroad and their partners 

All looking to work in Austria.

• By registering, you create a dedicated company account that can be used by one or multiple users. This allows different departments within your company to publish job vacancies and search for candidates simultaneously.
• You can create and manage your company profile, update information at any time, create or upload job advertisements, and publish them on the TALENT HUB.
• Both your company profile and your job postings can be searched and found by candidates.
• Browse published candidate profiles and identify suitable talent for your vacancies. You can save profiles and keep track of promising candidates.
• The messaging center enables you to contact candidates directly through the TALENT HUB.
• By providing your email address, you can receive notifications about newly published candidate profiles that match your preferred candidate criteria. You can adjust or deactivate this feature at any time.
• Once you have found the right candidate for your vacancy, you can remove the job posting.
• You can also delete your company account at any time.
• Access to your company account is restricted to you and any additional users you have authorized.

If you are unable to register, there may be several reasons:

• You are a company or recruitment agency without a registered business location in Austria. In this case, the TALENT HUB is unfortunately not available to you.
• You or your company may already be registered with us. If you or one of your colleagues has previously used our services, your details may already exist in our system. In that case, simply log in using your email address and password instead of registering again.
• You have already submitted the registration form. We have likely sent a verification email to the address you provided. Please use the verification link in that email to complete your registration. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Your email server may be blocking access to the TALENT HUB. In some cases, corporate firewalls or email security settings classify websites as suspicious and place them on a blacklist. Please contact your IT department to ensure that the TALENT HUB is not being blocked by your organization’s security settings.
