- Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as development of employees in line with our culture and values
- Acquisition, management, coordination, and support of commercial general contractor projects
- Proactive (co-)development of the department strategy and responsibility for its implementation
- Development, planning, and outcome-responsible implementation of business field objectives, considering quality and customer requirements as well as efficient resource allocation
- Active shaping, maintenance, and expansion of networks and customer relationships
- Continuous monitoring of relevant key performance indicators in close collaboration with Controlling

Requirements

- Completed technical construction education (master builder certification, HTL, university of applied sciences, university)
- Several years of professional experience in the relevant field, ideally supplemented by experience in leading employees
- Entrepreneurial thinking, solution-oriented and sustainable action, and role-model behavior in terms of personal reflection
- Leadership skills with a high degree of communication and teamwork abilities
- Open-minded approach to innovative techniques, processes, and products
- Excellent market knowledge and a relevant network in the Vorarlberg region
