• Several years of experience in the transport industry (Fleet Manager, Dispatcher, Driver Trainer, former Driver)
• Leadership experience with truck drivers and knowledge of legal frameworks

• Ensuring the performance of the Czech fleet including analysis and measures
• Management and further development of the Fleet Management department (trucks and driver deployment)
• Organization of driver training and educational measures (e.g., technology, C95, ADR)
• Monitoring driving and rest times as well as driver performance with technical support for drivers
• Technical support for drivers
