Your tasks:

• Act as a key interface between internal payroll, managers, and the HR team
• Support the entire employee life cycle – onboarding, contract management, ongoing support, and offboarding
• Administrative management of all absences in the employee life cycle (e.g., parental leave, parenthood, sick leave)

• Advice and support for Head of HR, managers, and employees on labor law issues and various HR matters
• Maintenance and updating of personnel master data
• Support of daily administrative and operational HR processes

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial education (HASCH, HAK, FH, University)

• Relevant work experience in HR, payroll, or personnel administration

• Very good knowledge of labor and social law; completed training in labor law is a clear advantage

• Confident handling of collective agreements

• Very good MS Office skills

• Very good German and English skills

• Enthusiasm for personnel development topics and enjoyment of administrative tasks

• High degree of initiative and independent, solution-oriented action as well as a team player mentality

The offered salary package:
Annual gross salary starting from EUR 42,000. Higher payment based on qualifications and professional experience is possible.
