Our client is a service company in Vienna and is looking for a dedicated "HR Controller (m/f/d)".

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for preparing the monthly targets in the personnel plan
• Preparation and creation of calculations as part of the annual budgeting process
• Conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative analyses in the areas of personnel planning and personnel budget
• Maintenance, upkeep, and further development of the internal reporting system
• Continuous optimization and overall management of processes in HR controlling
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and reports for internal stakeholders and decision-makers

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree (Business Administration or HR)
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position
• Knowledge in HR (labor law, HR metrics, and payroll accounting)
• Very good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
• Good German and English skills
• Team player with an independent work style

The offered salary package:

Annual gross salary starting from EUR 54,000, overpayment possible based on qualifications and professional experience.
