Your Responsibilities:

• You will take on key tasks in the project management of public tenders, as well as ongoing communication with international customers and partners (preparation of technical documentation, cost calculation in coordination with the customer representative / division manager)
• You will communicate with suppliers, solicit quotes, and handle the sourcing of new materials,
• You will create various proposals and organize and coordinate international shipments,
• You will commission tests and communicate with testing institutes
• You will manage contracts and other project-specific documents
• You will work closely with various internal departments and the management team,
• You will support the team in trade fair organization
• You will compile quality documents and maintain supply chain documentation for each shipment according to customer requirements

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial or technical education (university degree, HAK, HLW, HTL)
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility – a sense of responsibility, independence, and customer orientation are essential foundations for this role
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications, strong German and English skills (both written and spoken) are required (additional languages are an advantage)
• Professional demeanor, organizational talent, and decision-making ability round off the profile

• The gross annual salary ranges between €40,000 and €50,000 (based on full-time employment), with classification depending on qualifications and professional experience
