Our client, GS1 Austria, a leading organization for standards and solutions in the global supply chain sector, is looking for an employee to strengthen the GS1 Sync department team.

GS1 Sync is a service provided by GS1 Austria that allows manufacturers to centrally provide their product master data for their Austrian and international trading partners. Applications of the centrally provided and quality-assured product data include, for example, retailers' online shops.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting and assisting our customers with the quality assurance and maintenance of their master data. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality and providing accurate and reliable product master data through the users.

• Quality assurance of product master data in close collaboration with our customers
• Responding to customer inquiries and supporting the correct maintenance of master data
• Monitoring data flow through our master data systems

• Completed school or vocational training
• Good command of German, both written and spoken
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Team-oriented attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Experience in master data management and customer support is an advantage

• Performance-based remuneration (starting from EUR 2,100 gross per month according to the collective agreement for Advertising and Market Communication, depending on qualifications)
