Your Responsibilities – Diverse, Technically Challenging, and Future-Oriented:

• Support, administration, and continuous development of a hybrid IT infrastructure (On-Premises & Microsoft Azure)
• Responsibility for the Windows system landscape, including servers, clients, Active Directory, group policies, and software distribution
• Administration and optimization of the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment (including Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure Virtual Machines)
• Further development of modern Modern Workplace solutions with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform
• Support and expansion of the network infrastructure (switching, VLAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN)
• Management and security of Apple macOS and iOS devices using Mobile Device Management
• Collaboration in the central IT service area and support in 1st and 2nd level support
• Implementation of exciting IT projects together with internal teams and external technology partners
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as monitoring and continuous optimization of the system landscape
• Automation of recurring processes to increase efficiency and quality

Your Profile – Competence Meets Passion for Modern IT:

• Completed technical education in the IT field (HTL, IT specialist training, degree, or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of professional experience in the administration of Microsoft-based IT infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and modern Microsoft technologies
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services and Azure administration
• Good knowledge of networking and IT security
• Practical experience in managing Apple macOS and iOS devices is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken

The Offer:

For this position, an annual gross salary starting from EUR 50,000 is provided. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, there is a willingness to offer a significantly higher salary.
