Your diverse responsibilities:

Within our HR team, you will take on a varied range of tasks with a focus on recruiting. HR development, internal training initiatives, onboarding, and support in all operational HR matters will round off your daily work.

• Independent execution of the entire recruitment process: You will oversee the entire application process from profile creation, job postings, through to placement. As a professional, you will guide the selection process, conduct structured interviews together with the specialist departments, and support all stakeholders in a professional and appreciative manner.
• Organisation and further development of onboarding and internal training programs: You will coordinate onboarding and organise internal training initiatives, contributing proactively and shaping their implementation.
• Handling operational HR tasks: You will independently manage administrative and operational tasks, ensuring reliable and accurate processing.
• Co-designing HR processes: You will proactively contribute your ideas and gladly take on tasks for their implementation.
