Your responsibilities in our finance team

• Budget preparation, monthly reporting, variance analysis, forecasting
• Collaboration in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Production controlling
• Analysis of existing processes with a focus on efficiency, automation, and system support
• Active involvement in projects (e.g., digitalization, BI tools, ERP development)
• Improvement and standardization of processes
• Optimization of controlling instruments
• Close collaboration with financial accounting and operational departments

What you bring to the table

• Commercial education (e.g., HAK, university of applied sciences, university)
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a controller (experience in a production company is an advantage)
• High IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with BI tools is an advantage
• Quick comprehension
• Team player with a precise and structured way of working
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills and written proficiency in German and English
