To ensure our stations remain safe and clean tomorrow. We are around 1,400 enablers at ÖBB-Operative Services GmbH & Co KG, a subsidiary of ÖBB-Infrastruktur.

The control centres ensure smooth station operations in shift work, coordinate responses during disruptions and emergencies, and manage all on-site emergency teams when necessary. Each year, they handle approximately 63,000 emergency calls and around 30,000 mobility assistance requests nationwide, efficiently assigning them.

Your job, you…

  • take on a flexible operational role in Carpool / Rail & Drive and develop further to provide operational support in our control centre.
  • assist our customers with inquiries related to rental vehicles and Rail & Drive services.
  • document vehicle damage in the system, initiate replacement measures, and coordinate colleagues on-site to ensure smooth vehicle provision and return.
  • after successful onboarding, actively support the control centre team in handling a wide range of operations.
    work closely with central dispatch coordinators to ensure smooth operations during incidents and emergencies.
  • answer incoming calls, record all relevant data, and create reports in the internal system.
  • coordinate in constant exchange with on-site staff, assigning colleagues to handle service tasks such as customer notices, minor repairs, or assembly work.
  • monitor selected stations via video systems and initiate appropriate measures as needed.

Your profile, you…

  • have completed compulsory education and have professional experience in a call centre or a comparable role.
  • possess very good German language skills, basic MS Office knowledge, and a working knowledge of English.
  • are characterised by a strong focus on quality, performance, and customer orientation.
  • bring excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach to your work.
  • maintain an overview and stay calm even in stressful situations and unexpected events.
  • can reconcile shift work (12-hour shifts, day and night shifts), including on Sundays and public holidays, with your personal life.
