- You will independently handle the payroll processing for defined employee groups in Austria
- Preparing and executing all upstream and downstream tasks related to payroll accounting falls within your area of responsibility
- As a competent contact person, you support employees and managers with questions regarding payroll accounting, labor law, social insurance, and wage tax
- Ongoing personnel administration and the maintenance of payroll-relevant employee data are in your hands
- Through communication with social insurance institutions, offices, and authorities, you ensure professional and smooth collaboration
- With your precise and reliable work approach, you guarantee timely, legally compliant, and high-quality payroll processing

Requirements

- A completed commercial education and a successfully passed payroll accounting certification form the basis of your qualifications
- You have already gained initial professional experience in payroll accounting, payroll processing, or personnel administration
- Knowledge of German payroll accounting is an advantage
- You are well-versed in labor, tax, and social insurance law and enjoy keeping your knowledge up to date
- A structured, accurate, and independent work approach characterizes you
- You handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Service orientation, team spirit, and enjoyment in dealing with people are among your strengths
- SAP knowledge or experience with HR and payroll systems ideally complement your profile
