Job Description

Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems for furniture, which are supplied to over 120 markets. Our IT is organized along end-to-end business processes.

As a Project Manager, you will take charge of steering and advancing our IT-related projects. You will act as the central interface between clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring that projects are planned in a structured manner, managed in a goal-oriented way, and implemented efficiently.

- successfully lead IT-related projects to completion while maintaining an overview of quality, budget, and timeline – you apply project management methods (agile, waterfall, hybrid models) professionally and as needed
Holistic project responsibility and methodological expertise

- work proactively, set clear priorities, and ensure transparency and adequate documentation – as a communicative mediator, you bring together clients, teams, and other stakeholders while maintaining transparency
Structured planning and stakeholder management

- work on cross-departmental topics, create connections between business areas and projects – you confidently moderate workshops and support teams in making sustainable decisions
Cross-departmental collaboration and moderation & solution-finding

- focus on efficient resource utilization and promote a sustainable project culture
