Did you know that in our "Mechatronics" department, we develop our mechatronic products in-house? This offers exciting tasks ranging from mechanical, hardware, and firmware development to electromechanics and supporting the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

YOU - lead a team in the disciplines of quality, testing, and certification and support their professional and personal development - use your strategic thinking and technical expertise to shape, develop, and implement the group strategy - coordinate the multi-project landscape within your group and are responsible for planning and prioritizing capacities, assignments, and projects - promote and demand result-oriented teamwork and ensure continuous improvement of processes - collaborate with our internal and external partners, understand their needs, and ensure sustainable and efficient cooperation WE - value a solid education – you have completed a degree in mechatronics and bring several years of professional experience in quality engineering - are looking for a confident leader with decision-making authority – you are clear on matters and respectful toward people while aligning with departmental and company goals - seek an empathetic personality who demonstrates motivating and exemplary behavior and enjoys working with people - look forward to you if you are eager to help shape our specialist department and grow in shared responsibility - operate globally – therefore, convincing communication in German and English is important to us
