Blum is an innovative family-owned company with an international market presence, developing high-tech furniture fittings for modern living spaces. We supply our products to over 120 markets.

Our team ensures that the right information is available where decisions are made and tasks are carried out. As a Finance Reporting Specialist, you will develop data products and reporting solutions together with our Finance & Controlling departments to create transparency and support the financial management of our company.

Requirements

YOU

- analyze requirements from the Finance & Controlling departments and develop suitable solutions together with users

- design, develop, and maintain data products such as dashboards, reports, datasets, or SQL queries

- prepare financial data from various systems, structure it, and consolidate it into a reliable information base

- actively contribute to the further development of our reporting and data landscape and bring in your own ideas

- collaborate closely with departments, IT, and data experts, bridging business requirements with technical solutions



WE

- are looking for individuals with an affinity for reporting and data analysis, ideally with experience in creating datasets or reports using Power BI

- require a completed degree with a focus on business (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics) or solid professional experience in a reporting environment

- consider experience with financial data, controlling processes, or SAP data structures an advantage

- operate in an internationally active company and work with English-language systems and contacts, therefore excellent German and English skills are essential
