To support the locations in the Vienna / Lower Austria / Burgenland region, we are looking for a dedicated recruiting professional who independently manages the entire selection process, provides competent advice to managers, and actively shapes on-site recruiting. Responsibilities
- Independent management of the entire recruiting process for the supported dealer and workshop locations, including onboarding
- Advising managers and conducting joint on-site job interviews
- Regular personal support of locations in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland
- Preparation of employment contracts and management of relevant employee master data
- Conducting recruiting training for hiring partners and close collaboration with HR Business Partnering, Employer Branding, and Personnel Development
- Analysis of staffing needs and recruiting metrics, as well as building talent pools and candidate networks
Qualifications
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in skilled trades or a commercial-technical environment
- Confidence in successfully conducting job interviews and advising managers
