Your Responsibilities:

• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the market and competition for relevant applications in civil engineering and landscaping
• Analyzing market sizes, market segments, applications, and competitors with regard to market shares, product portfolios, strategic orientation, and production locations
• Contributing to national and international product developments
• Managing and further developing the product portfolio – from idea to market launch
• Providing technical leadership to teams within the scope of product development and product launches
• Developing product and sales documentation
• Creating pricing and sales statistics in close coordination with the sales team
• Handling complaints
• Conducting training sessions and presentations

The focus is on drainage solutions for residential buildings, public spaces, commercial buildings, infrastructure projects, as well as private applications around single-family homes, driveways, terraces, and pool areas.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education, e.g., HTL, university of applied sciences, or university degree
• Commercial understanding and interest in market, product, and sales topics
• Several years of professional experience in the construction, building materials, or related industries, ideally in product management
• Technical understanding of civil engineering, landscaping, infrastructure, or drainage solutions is an advantage
• CRM and ERP knowledge, ideally SAP experience
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High level of customer orientation, sense of responsibility, and implementation strength
• Team player with a passion for cross-departmental collaboration
• Willingness to travel

For this position, a gross annual salary starting at €56,000 is provided on a full-time basis. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary.
