Requirements

• Completed technical training in the automotive sector with a master craftsman qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in an automotive workshop
• Strong organizational skills and high implementation capability
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a good understanding of operational KPIs
• Strong leadership, decisive, and customer-oriented personality
