You will independently lead and coordinate our construction projects in Vienna and the surrounding area.

There is plenty to do:

• Responsible project management and construction supervision of house-building projects (single-family, semi-detached, and terraced houses) in timber frame construction from our own production
• Independent handling of construction projects: You take on all organizational, technical, scheduling, and economic coordination tasks from the demolition of the existing structure to the handover of keys to the customers and beyond
• Staff management and workforce planning on construction sites
• Control over all construction specifications, processes, accounting, and safety regulations
• Accurate documentation of construction progress
• Good contacts with the relevant authorities
• You coordinate and supervise the contracted subcontractors
• You work closely with internal departments such as planning and production and communicate with customers, authorities, neighbors, and partners on an equal footing

You bring along:

• Completed technical education in construction from a technical college (HTL), university, or university of applied sciences (timber construction is an advantage)
• Solid knowledge in the technical, economic, and organizational handling of construction projects
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility
• You love the exciting job of a construction manager and ideally have 10 years of practical experience
• Strong assertiveness, communication skills, and teamwork in dealing with project stakeholders; you are calm and confident when dealing with demanding customers
• Very good IT user skills in MS Office and MS Project
• Preferably AutoCAD, ABK, and Planradar knowledge
