What you bring to the table:

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university) and/or at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a corresponding position
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, operating systems and databases
• Technical understanding & solid knowledge in:
  • Security systems & backup solutions (e.g., VEEAM)
  • Cloud systems (Microsoft Azure + M365)
  • Virtualization systems (Hyper-V, Proxmox)
  • MS Windows Server & Linux Server
• Meticulous documentation & time tracking
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with a strong team focus

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintenance of customer infrastructure including security audits (e.g., VEEAM backup solution)
• Troubleshooting faulty servers and systems
• 1st / 2nd / 3rd Level Support (by phone, email or on-site) – networks, servers, operating systems, databases, security systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
• Monitoring and compliance with internal SLAs as well as those of customers
• Creating documentation and seamless time tracking
• Maintaining the solution database with common processes and problem resolutions
• Participation in on-call duty (additional compensation)
• Close collaboration with our respective specialist departments
