Your Responsibilities:

• Planning, business, technical, and artistic project management
• Supervision and coordination of design, submission, polished, and detail plans, as well as tender documents
• Successful implementation of planning specifications (technical construction supervision)
• Point of contact for clients, authorities, consultants, and all project stakeholders
• Support in the development of project ideas
• Creation of high-quality planning concepts and presentation materials
• Coordination and supervision of multiple colleagues, employees, and consultants involved in the project

Your Profile:

• Completed degree in Architecture (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University)
• Professional experience in renovation or historic building projects, AutoCAD skills
• Excellent knowledge of Austrian, particularly Viennese, building regulations as well as relevant standards
• Proactive approach, structured work methods, and constructive thinking
• Creativity and ability to implement projects economically
• Organized, team-oriented, and committed personality
