For our Electrical Engineering Team, we are looking for an employee as maternity/paternity leave cover, with a fixed-term contract and the option of transitioning into technical management.

Your job, your opportunity

  • You will report directly to the Head of Technical Management and work within the regional Electrical Engineering Technical Management team, collaborating on various project management applications.
  • Additionally, you will monitor various key performance indicators in reports relevant to technical management.
  • Supporting the executing project managers with timely feedback on cost sheets, meeting deadlines, and maintaining systems is also part of your responsibilities.
  • Taking on the Power User role for our project management platform.
  • You will be a permanent participant in any project reviews and support the executing project managers with the timely completion of data sheets and systems.
  • You will assist the executing project managers during the planning and construction phases, particularly on topics related to project, quality, and safety management.


Your profile

  • You hold a technical college (HTL) or university degree or a master craftsman/trade qualification in one of the following or a related field:
    - Electrical Engineering, Electronics (and Technical Informatics)
    - Mechatronics
    - Mechanical Engineering
    - Metal Technology
    - Industrial Engineering
    - Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering
  • You enjoy collaboratively developing solutions and are happy to share your knowledge.
  • You are eager to continuously develop and are familiar with working with all MS Office programs.
  • Physical and mental fitness (track suitability will be assessed upon hiring).
  • You possess excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
  • You have completed military/civil service or are exempt (applies to male applicants).
