For this responsible key role, we are seeking a proactive, down-to-earth, and strategically strong personality to take the company’s HR department to the next level.

• As a generalist, you will take on strategic and operational responsibility for all HR topics and further develop the company’s HR department in a targeted manner.
• As a direct sparring partner to the management, you will actively contribute HR topics and initiatives.
• You will serve as the central point of contact for executives and employees on HR-related matters.
• You will oversee recruitment, optimize existing HR processes, and place a special focus on personnel and leadership development.
• With a broad perspective, you will professionally support cross-organizational topics such as employer branding, internal communication, employee events, and the ongoing generational transition.
• You will take on leadership responsibility for one employee.

• You hold a completed degree and have at least seven years of experience in a comparable HR role.
• You know how to act strategically while also working hands-on operationally and enjoy building structures.
• You are a proactive and empathetic personality with leadership qualities and a drive for implementation.
• You convince through clear communication and the ability to independently drive topics forward and implement them sustainably.
