We are looking to strengthen our Austrian Sales and Marketing team!

Inside Sales & Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with management to explore and identify new market opportunities for Papyrus Software in related sectors
• Conducting research on potential customers to provide relevant information for analyzing available opportunities
• Tracking active projects and engaging with key stakeholders as well as existing customers
• Reaching out to potential customers via phone, LinkedIn, and email to introduce Papyrus Software, generate leads, and develop and implement potential opportunities
• Successfully generating qualified contacts for the Sales Director by continuously building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new market and customer opportunities for Papyrus Software. These leads are partly campaign-specific as well as self-generated.
• Identifying and contacting potential customers by phone and email, understanding their needs, and positioning Papyrus Software as the appropriate solution.
• Maintaining all customer and potential new customer data in the company’s CRM database.
• Collaborating with sales teams and management to ensure all projects are executed promptly and efficiently.

Your profile:

• Degree with an IT/software background or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a variety of customer personalities and build customer relationships
• Efficient time management – focusing on key business objectives in a dynamic environment
• Research and problem-solving skills
• Organizational talent and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
