IT Application Administrator (m/f/d) - Papyrus Application Support

Your tasks may include, among others:

• Administration of internal application domains (based on the ISIS Papyrus Platform) across a variety of virtual and physical machines (Windows and Linux)
  • Support for colleagues
  • Updates to new versions (binaries and frameworks)
  • User management
  • Performance analyses
  • Workflow improvements
• Execution and monitoring of backups, monitoring using an internally developed script solution (control, updates for improvements)
• Monitoring of application domains
• Automation/Configuration Management (AWX/Ansible, Git, Docker)
• Administration and troubleshooting of services (authorization service, web server)
• Coordination of official release approvals and hotfix releases for customers

Your profile:

• Strong scripting skills
• Precise work approach and good communication skills (our colleagues are our customers)
• Experience with common Windows operating systems
• Experience with object-oriented concepts is an advantage
• English language skills required
