| | YOUR MISSION: - As the central point of contact, you will support our national and international customers in the area of new and replacement devices throughout the entire quotation and order process.
- Creating and tracking quotations, as well as handling customer inquiries regarding products, prices, delivery times, and conditions, will be part of your daily work.
- From order entry to invoicing, you will ensure professional and timely processing.
- Together with Sales, Aftersales, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics, you will coordinate new and replacement device orders and ensure smooth operations.
- You will also support efficient and customer-oriented processing of returns, replacement deliveries, or credit notes.
- Maintaining and updating customer, quotation, and order data in the ERP system, as well as ensuring high data quality, will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will actively contribute to the optimization and further development of existing processes within our ERP system IFS.
- Collaboration within a small, well-coordinated team and regular exchange with internal and external contacts will round off your diverse range of tasks.
YOUR PROFILE: - You have completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent); knowledge in export or foreign trade is an advantage.
- You are comfortable with administrative processes and structured business workflows, ideally with prior experience in order processing, customer service, aftersales, or inside sales.
- Thanks to your quick comprehension, you familiarize yourself with new systems quickly and work confidently with MS Office and, ideally, ERP systems (e.g., IFS).
- You enjoy working in a team and stand out due to your reliable, structured, and independent way of working, as well as a high level of accuracy.
- With your open and communicative nature, you enjoy collaborating with various internal interfaces and feel comfortable in direct exchange with customers.
- A strong service and customer orientation, as well as a passion for questioning and actively shaping existing processes, complete your profile.
