Your Responsibilities

• Leadership, coordination, and supervision of assembly work as well as workflows on the project
• Ensuring execution quality and the contracted services
• Collaboration within the project team as a liaison to project management and accounting
• Reliable adherence to deadlines for in-house services and subcontractors
• Participation in construction meetings with clients and client representatives

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, master school, HTL, university of applied sciences, university)
• Several years of experience in the mentioned or a comparable field of work
• Independent work as a leader with team spirit
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Problem-solving competence and teamwork abilities
• Good command of German
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Class B driving license and willingness to travel

For this leadership position, an annual gross salary starting from €75,000 plus allowances and bonuses is provided. With relevant experience and qualifications, a six-figure annual gross income including allowances and bonuses is realistic.
