Your Responsibilities:

• Procurement of materials, components, and services
• Handling of purchasing processes from inquiry to order in the ERP system
• Maintenance of purchasing and supplier master data
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as clarification of deviations and complaints
• Management of existing suppliers and development of new sources
• Optimization of purchasing costs, quality, and delivery reliability
• Close collaboration with design, production, and other specialist departments

Your Qualifications:

• A completed technical education, e.g., apprenticeship in metal technology, HTL mechanical engineering, or university of applied sciences
• Experience in technical procurement, ideally in metal processing or mechanical engineering
• Confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
• Negotiation skills, clear communication, and a structured, independent way of working
