Your Responsibilities:

• Review and posting of incoming invoices, including equipment invoices, as well as credit card statements
• Preparation of payment transactions
• Reconciliation and processing of open items in the accounts payable area
• Creation and maintenance of vendor master data
• Regular verification of VAT identification numbers
• Execution of intercompany reconciliations
• Support with month-end closings
• Handling of ongoing accounting correspondence
• Representation of accounts receivable accounting
• Collaboration in the preparation of advance VAT returns and recapitulative statements

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training with relevant further education in accounting
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on accounts payable
• Fluent in German and good English skills, knowledge of Polish is an advantage
• SAP B1 knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Team player with enjoyment of an international working environment
• Flexibility and willingness to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility

For this position, an annual gross salary starting from €40,000 is provided. The actual salary will be individually agreed upon based on qualifications and professional experience.
