Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership and coordination of the maintenance team
• Ensuring the availability and optimal performance of production facilities
• Planning, prioritizing, and monitoring maintenance, repair, and servicing work
• Ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution of work
• Analysis of technical malfunctions and implementation of sustainable solutions
• Supporting the team with complex technical issues
• Involvement in maintenance planning and budget preparation
• Collaboration with production, quality, and procurement departments

Your Qualifications:

• Completed technical training, possibly supplemented by master craftsman and additional qualifications
• Professional experience in the maintenance of machinery and production facilities
• Experience in leading and coordinating a team
• Strong technical understanding and confident handling of technical documentation
• Organized, solution-oriented, and independent work approach
• Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Excellent German and good English skills
• Good IT skills
