Job Description

-Ensuring strategy-compliant, profit-oriented processing of customer inquiries and commercial contract management while adhering to required quality criteria
-Review and processing of customer inquiry documents
-Independent handling of commercial and legal matters throughout the entire bidding process
-Commercial preparation of EPC-based proposals
-Contract drafting and commentary (especially customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, etc.)
-Leading contract negotiations with customers and suppliers
-Commercial support for power plant projects during execution

Requirements

-Successfully completed commercial, technical, and/or legal education at university level
-Experience in contract management, claim management, or project management, ideally in plant engineering, power plant construction, or industrial plant construction
-Teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude and entrepreneurial thinking and action
-Excellent proficiency in MS Office and professional application
-Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
-Sound knowledge of contract law
-Fluent business English (written and spoken); additional foreign languages are an advantage
-Willingness to travel: up to 15%
