Your Tasks in Detail:

• Management and maintenance of the CRM system (Veeva) and ensuring high data quality
• Receiving, recording, and processing orders from directly ordering pharmacies
• Creation, analysis, and preparation of sales KPIs, statistics, and reports
• Design, implementation, and ongoing support of a data-driven segmentation and targeting approach to acquire suitable target groups
• Supporting the sales management and product management with administrative and organizational tasks
• Collaboration on and independent execution of defined projects in the sales area

Your Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent qualification)
• Professional experience in sales operations, internal sales, CRM management, or a comparable position is an advantage
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems (especially Veeva) and reporting tools is an advantage
• Analytical understanding and high affinity for numbers
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• High level of accuracy and reliability

The annual gross salary is approximately €55,000. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary is possible. The compensation package is supplemented by a performance-based bonus scheme.
