Your Responsibilities with Us

In this varied position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and service providers, and you will play a key role in ensuring a professional appearance for our Vienna office. Your responsibilities will include in particular:

• Reception and support of clients and guests
• Assistance with meetings, client events, and internal functions
• Organization and management of the reception area
• Coordination of mail, switchboard, and suppliers
• Support with printing, copying, and binding tasks
• Administrative support in day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth office procedures

Note pursuant to § 9 of the Austrian Equal Treatment Act (GlBG): The minimum basis for salary agreement (with the possibility of overpayment) is a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,000 on a full-time basis, with a willingness to pay above this amount depending on experience.
