Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership, coaching and development of the internal service team
• Management of S-segment customers / Inside Sales
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of inquiries, quotations, orders, and order confirmations
• Supporting the field sales team with quotations, price inquiries, and tenders
• Price and product management
• Reporting and control
• Close collaboration with colleagues in field sales, service, and logistics
• Staff leadership and training of new employees
• Point of contact for escalations in customer service

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., HAK, HAS, apprenticeship as office administrator)
• Leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales, inside sales, or customer service in a B2B environment
• Experience in capturing, harmonizing, and optimizing processes
• Proficient ERP user skills in sales/order processing, excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel including analysis (e.g., Pivot)
• Organizational talent and structured way of working
• Solution- and customer-oriented personality characterized by flexibility, resilience, precision, and strong communication skills
