Your Responsibilities

• Independent setup, configuration, and operation of CNC milling/turning machines
• Production of precision components according to drawings and work plans
• Monitoring and optimization of ongoing production processes
• Performing quality controls and dimensional inspections
• Collaboration with programming, production planning, and maintenance teams

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in mechanical engineering, machining technology, or a comparable field
• Experience in CNC milling (Heidenhain control systems advantageous) and/or CNC turning (Siemens control systems advantageous)
• Technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings confidently
• Precision, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to work in shifts
