Job Description

- You will take on a variety of tasks in quality and process management and support the ongoing development of our quality standards
- You will plan and manage projects and actively contribute to ensuring and further developing our Quality 4.0 system
- With your precise and structured approach, you will effectively apply QM tools for error prevention and root cause analysis
- Handling customer complaints and implementing resulting improvement measures are part of your responsibilities
- You will participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of internal audits
- Ensuring product quality in close collaboration with all production levels is particularly important
- You will ensure compliance with our hygiene regulations and the HACCP system

Requirements

- You have completed training in the food sector (e.g., laboratory, food technology, or similar), have additional training in quality management, or hold a relevant degree
- You can further develop your initial professional experience in process and quality management with us
- It is natural for you to communicate professionally and respectfully in German and English on a daily basis
- Your open, communicative personality and solution-oriented approach set you apart
