Job Description

- Maintenance and upkeep of steam boiler systems, refrigeration supply, compressed air, ventilation and air conditioning systems, water supply, and technical gases (CO2, N2) - Inspections of fire protection and sprinkler systems - Technical support of building services systems throughout the plant and independent execution of minor repair work - Various modifications to existing systems and assistance with new projects in installation technology - Organization and coordination with internal departments (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, etc.) - Coordination and instruction of external service providers as well as inspection of completed work

Requirements

- Completed technical training (e.g., in installation and building technology, HVAC installation, refrigeration and ventilation technology, automotive technology, mechatronics, or equivalent) - Boiler operator certification is an advantage - Independent and self-responsible work approach - Willingness to take on paid on-call duties, including fire protection services (night and weekend shifts) - Own car required due to on-call duties
