• You will take strategic responsibility for the organization-wide advancement of integrated quality management and establish measurable quality standards.
• You will ensure effective risk and safety management, thereby laying the foundation for the highest standards and sustainable trust in medicine and nursing.
• You will drive the development of modern and efficient processes, promote the implementation of Lean Management, and strategically leverage innovative technologies as a catalyst for further development.
• Furthermore, you will shape the strategic advancement of key focus areas and fields of excellence in collaboration with medical, nursing, and administrative expert committees.
• You will act as a central strategic interface to management circles, institutions, and cross-departmental networks.
• A strategic realignment of patient orientation—including the rollout of a new tool for satisfaction surveys—as well as the management of medical and nursing controlling as a solid basis for strategic decisions, will also fall within your area of responsibility.
• You will be supported by your competent team of experts, whom you will lead with direction and empathy.

• Several years of management and leadership experience in a larger healthcare organization, preferably in a clinical setting with a relevant focus on quality and process management
• Understanding of medical and nursing contexts as well as the ability to navigate confidently in interdisciplinary expert and leadership committees
• Convincing leadership skills, accountability for results, and strong implementation capabilities are required; Lean Management expertise is an advantage
• Strategic foresight, strong steering competence, a passion for innovation, and a cooperative, engaging personality with a commitment to collaboration
