• Completed technical training (electrical/installation/mechanical or experience as a service technician in other industries) – your craftsmanship, interest in technology, and passion for professional service are key
• Independent and self-responsible work
• Well-groomed appearance & good manners
• Very high service orientation
• Customer- and team-oriented attitude, even when it comes to special assignments
• Enjoyment of quality work around a top product that every coffee lover will adore
• Driving license B
