For our maintenance team, we are looking for an employee as a parental leave replacement with a fixed-term contract and the option of transitioning into maintenance management.
Your Job
- You will support the provision of regional framework conditions for maintenance planning for technical management and the Facility Service Centers.
- You will collaborate on coordinating with maintenance coordinators at the Facility Service Center for cross-discipline maintenance planning and contribute to ensuring compliance with the objectives as per the business unit mandate.
- You will support the optimization of regional maintenance planning within the team, the development of new maintenance strategies, and targeted prioritization in coordination with all partner areas.
- You will assist in compiling an overview of regional resource requirements (including vehicle fleet) and contribute to resolving bottlenecks by coordinating cross-regional resource balancing.
- You will participate in coordinating the service volume for other regions within SAE, assist in creating the service type planning, and contribute to the forecast planning.
- You will manage and control the utilization of the vehicle fleet (road and rail) in the region and are responsible for the procurement and administration of work equipment and protective clothing.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a technical or business education at A-level standard or hold a corresponding degree from a university of applied sciences or university.
- As an internal applicant, you have alternatively completed at least the internal training as a service technician and can demonstrate several years of professional experience (depending on the technical discipline). Additionally, the successful completion of the EBIM training is required.
- You work responsibly, in a structured and precise manner, and bring flexibility to the role.
- As a team player, you remain calm even in stressful phases and have strong communication skills.
