- Planning and managing technical projects – from development to successful implementation

- A varied work environment that challenges both your office-based tasks and your practical skills on site

- Reviewing technical requirements and the feasibility of planned projects

- Coordinating project workflows and internal resources, as well as close collaboration with suppliers, service providers, and internal and external partners

- Keeping track of deadlines and budgets, and developing suitable solutions for project obstacles

Requirements

- Completed technical training, e.g., master craftsman, technical college (HTL), or equivalent qualification

- Professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in plant/machinery/vehicle engineering, as a maintenance manager, or in technical project business

- Experience or strong knowledge in technical project management or technical procurement of machinery

- Technical understanding and interest in plants and new technologies

- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various internal and external contacts

- Decisiveness and the ability to drive projects forward independently

- Willingness to provide hands-on support when needed
