Job Description

- You will be responsible for the mechanical assembly, installation, and commissioning of our machines and systems in the Precision sector at our national and international customers' sites.
- You will carry out service, maintenance, and repair tasks to ensure our machines remain reliable and high-performing in operation.
- You will analyze malfunctions and technical issues on-site, identify their root causes, and implement appropriate solutions independently.
- You will perform modifications, retrofits, and upgrades on existing machines and systems.
- You will set up machines at the customer's site, verify their functions, and support them until successful production operation.
- You will serve as a key technical contact for our customers on-site and provide them with competent support regarding our machines.
- You will document your assignments and closely coordinate with our internal technical departments on technical questions.
- You will bring your experiences from customer assignments back into the company and help us continuously improve our machines and services.

Requirements

- You have completed technical training, for example as a mechanical engineering technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, metal technician, or in a comparable technical profession.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the assembly, commissioning, or servicing of machines and systems – but we also welcome motivated career starters.
- You have a strong mechanical understanding and enjoy solving technical challenges directly on the machine.
- Knowledge in the areas of pneumatics, hydraulics, or electrical engineering is an advantage.
- You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and keep a cool head even in unexpected situations.
- You approach people openly and interact with our customers in a friendly, professional, and reliable manner.
- You have good German and English skills to communicate confidently during international assignments.
- You are willing to travel and enjoy being on the road for our customers both domestically and abroad.
