Our client is an Austrian corporate group that contributes to the quality of life of many people with a broad portfolio, high-quality consulting, and pronounced service orientation. To make employer positioning clearer, more modern, and consistently experienceable across the group in the future, Employer Branding will be further developed, and recruiting processes will be rethought and sustainably professionalized. This is where you come in!

• Leading the realignment and group-wide implementation of Employer Branding – from conception to realization, in coordination with Marketing and the operational business units in Austria, Switzerland, and the growth locations in Southeastern Europe
• Responsibility as Process Owner for uniform recruiting processes and standards within the group – in collaboration with national and international HR colleagues
• Redesign and optimization of onboarding as well as shaping a consistent Employee Start Experience within the corporate group
• Taking over operational recruiting projects at the headquarters
• Participation in or leadership of (strategic) HR projects

• Years of expertise in HR management with a focus on Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
• Experience in designing and harmonizing HR processes (primarily recruiting and onboarding) in a larger, preferably international corporate organization
• Strong project management and stakeholder competence, combined with a high level of digitalization understanding to identify and implement improvements
• Passion for people and brands, along with the drive to shape the future with initiative, creativity, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality
• Enjoyment of personal interaction combined with a travel activity of approximately 20% and excellent German and English skills

• For this exciting position, a gross annual salary of approximately EUR 70,000 is planned, depending on experience and qualifications
