Tasks

After thorough training, you will gradually take on the following tasks independently:

• Obtaining and comparing prices and services from car dealers, leasing companies, and insurance providers
• Preparing documents as well as calculating and creating customer offers
• Creating and processing orders, invoices, and reminders
• Maintaining ongoing contact with customers and suppliers
• Conducting short vehicle transfer drives within the Vienna area and surroundings
• General commercial and organizational tasks in a varied day-to-day business
• Support in acquiring new customers

Profile

• Successfully completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAS, HAK, or equivalent education)
• Initial professional experience in the automotive sector (e.g., car dealership, leasing, or insurance) is an advantage
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage, as well as business administration knowledge
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Category B driving license and several years of driving experience
• Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of taking initiative independently
• Strong communication skills, confident professional business demeanor, and a positive attitude
• Interest and enthusiasm for topics such as automobiles, fleets, leasing, and insurance
