Your Responsibilities:

• New Customer Acquisition: Proactively approach medical practices and practice networks (via phone, email, LinkedIn, trade fairs)
• Product Demos: Conduct online demos and advisory meetings with practice owners and practice management
• Onboarding: Support new customers during their start – from setup to active use
• Customer Support: Primary contact for existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and contract renewal
• Feedback Loop: Relay customer requests and market insights back to the product team
• Trade Fairs & Events: Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events

Your Profile:

• Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a medical practice environment – or the motivation to learn quickly
• Enjoyment of phone calls and conversations with healthcare professionals
• Structured, independent work style and self-initiative
• Confident use of digital tools (CRM, video calls, MS Office)
• Excellent German both written and spoken; English is an advantage
• Willingness to travel for trade fairs and occasional practice visits (approx. 10–20%)

This exciting position offers a gross annual salary starting from €50,000 (including performance-based bonus and overtime). A willingness to offer a higher salary is possible based on qualifications and experience.
