Your Responsibilities:

As a Software Tester (m/f/d), you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our ERP system. Your focus will include the following tasks:

• Development, programming, and operation of a scalable test framework (including load tests)
• Supporting employees in creating test specifications and automated test cases based on end-to-end processes
• Conducting test runs as well as automated evaluation and reporting after releases/updates
• Analyzing and assisting in troubleshooting in close collaboration with business departments, key users, and development
• Active participation in planning meetings and coordination between internal departments and external service providers
• Continuous improvement of test methods and tools to increase the level of automation

Your Profile:

• Completed education in computer science or a comparable field
• Solid experience in testing complex ERP systems (ideally Infor LN or similar enterprise software)
• Proficiency in test automation tools and experience in conducting load tests (e.g., Playwright)
• Ability to analyze complex end-to-end business processes and translate them into precise test scenarios
• Structured approach to error analysis and optimization of quality assurance processes
• Enjoyment of close collaboration with various stakeholders (business departments, key users, external partners)
• Fluent in German and English

Our wages and salaries are above the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the electrical and electronics industry. The CBA minimum rates range between €3,888.53 and €4,993.21—with a willingness to pay above this. The exact amount depends on your qualifications and experience.
